Note that this is a registry based on Canadian, geographically-oriented documents, not family histories per se. We do not accept (here) projects based on single lineages or surnames. We recommend that those projects are better associated with the Guild of One-Name Studies or other surname-dedicated environments.

We place no conditions on participation in the Registry, but would be pleased if you would provide a link to the webpage from your organization/business/personal website as possible. To facilitate this, we have provided a clickable image that you can incorporate into your website. If your work is in paper form, you could save this image and reference the website on your publication, with a statement such as "A proud participant in the Canadian Genealogical Projects Registry"

Our webster will incorporate your information into the online registry as soon as possible - usually within a week.
