Burial Information

Requesting Additional Information about a Burial

Have a Query?Basic burial/cemetery information has been provided for a large number of cemeteries on this website. Additional information (e.g., monument inscriptions and burial information that may include exact birth and death dates, parents, spouse, etc.) may be available in some cases. For $5.00 (Canadian or U.S.) we will provide more detailed information about up to five persons/names. Extra names will be searched for $.50 each.

This form provides you with the opportunity to request information on up to five persons. If there are additional persons for whom you would like information, please submit this complete form first, then after you reach the page where we thank you for this submission, you can use your back button on your browser to return to this page and make additional requests. Additional requests received on the same day will be assigned a fee of $.50 per person/name.

Exact cost of the service will be identified by the volunteer, after whch you can proceed wih one of four payment options.
