In 1901, The Albertan was the primary newspaper read in the Calgary area, and a main print source of information about the births, marriages and deaths of the day. Kay Clarke, AFHS volunteer, has reviewed the microfilm copies of The Albertan at the Calgary Public Library and prepared this index to those birth, marriage and death announcements.
